We've developed a wellness program that's completely new to the market and it's always a yes for aligned companies with the budget. We blend music, movement, wellness, connection, and immersive experiences into modern corporate and community programming designed to create meaningful impact. As we expand our corporate division, we are looking for someone who understands how to strategically build a pipeline, generate aligned opportunities, nurture relationships, and help facilitate long-term partnerships. About the Role We are seeking a highly strategic Corporate Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to own the front end of our corporate business development pipeline. This is not a passive coordinator role.
You will be responsible for:
identifying target companies and decision-makers building and managing prospect pipelines executing multi-channel outreach nurturing and retargeting leads managing CRM activity helping facilitate proposals and handing qualified opportunities to leadership for closing and execution.
This role blends:
lead generation sales development relationship-building strategic outreach pipeline management experiential business development If you've worked in lead generation, SDR, sales development, partnerships, agency sales, experiential sales, or full-cycle outreach and you want to help build something meaningful with long-term vision, this role is worth your attention. What You'll Own Research and build targeted prospect lists: HR leaders people operations teams executive assistants event planners agencies conference organizers aligned corporate partners Execute multi-channel outbound outreach via: Email LinkedIn Instagram DMs Phone In-Person Networking Manage and retarget leads throughout the full pipeline (no warm lead goes cold unnecessarily) Track all outreach, notes, conversations, and pipeline stages inside HubSpot CRM Help prepare and facilitate event proposals, experiential packages, and partnership materials What you are not doing: Hard selling (this business is fun and we don't want anyone who isn't aligned, period.) Running discovery calls (after 6 months, training for full cycle can start.) Requirements Proven experience in:
