About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Administrator to join our team. This is a role focused on keeping our sales process running smoothly — ensuring every lead and client is followed up with on time, our CRM is accurate, and our team stays organized and on track. This position is open to part-time candidates and we welcome applications from motivated interns who are eager to build real-world experience in sales operations and relationship management. Product knowledge is not required — we are happy to train the right person. What matters most is that you are someone who completes tasks, meets deadlines, and takes ownership of your responsibilities without being reminded. Key Responsibilities Follow-Up & Lead Management Engage in warm outreach to follow up with pre-qualified leads after initial qualifying meetings Ensure all leads and clients are followed up with in a timely and consistent manner — nothing falls through the cracks Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, previous clients, and event contacts Follow up with previous clients and event leads to re-engage and nurture opportunities CRM & Pipeline Management Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all prospect and client interactions in Pipedrive CRM Ensure all potential customers are added to the appropriate mailing lists and communication workflows Research customer accounts and document insights to support personalized outreach Keep the pipeline clean, current, and organized at all times Calendar & Scheduling Maintain and manage the Sales Director's calendar to ensure timely scheduling of all meetings and follow-ups Schedule qualified discovery calls and demos on behalf of the Sales Director and team Coordinate product demonstrations with the configuration team or Sales Director Find and help secure event opportunities where the company can present and generate leads LinkedIn & Digital Outreach Manage and update the company LinkedIn presence to connect with prospective customers Ensure all customers are also connected via linked in Internal Communication & Reporting Serve as a bridge between the Marketing and Sales teams — sharing reports, updates, and ensuring alignment Distribute internal communications and updates to keep the broader team informed Support the development of internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and Job Aids Assist with templatizing repeatable processes to improve team efficiency Sales Support (Future / Skills-Dependent) May assist with writing or reviewing sales orders as skills and bandwidth allow Additional duties as directed by leadership

Handles internal communications and sensitive information with maturity and care Preferred Qualifications Experience or coursework in business, marketing, communications, or a related field Prior experience in an administrative, sales support, or customer success role is a plus Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Pipedrive, is helpful but not required Familiarity with LinkedIn for professional networking and outreach No product or technical knowledge required — full training will be provided Strong candidates at the internship level are encouraged to apply
