This role is built for a polished communicator who thrives in a performance‑driven environment and excels at building long‑term, high‑value client partnerships. You'll represent a fast‑scaling recruitment brand with a strong reputation in the dental industry. What You'll Do Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of dental clients Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities Conduct outreach and pitch Desort's recruitment solutions Strengthen Desort's presence across DSOs and private practices Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure seamless placements Provide insights on dental hiring trends and compensation Represent the Desort brand with professionalism and urgency What Makes You a Strong Fit Experience in business development, sales, account management, or dental/healthcare staffing Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets Confident with outreach, negotiation, and closing deals Organized, self‑driven, and able to manage multiple pipelines Thrives in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment Compensation (Commission‑Only) Unlimited commission Bi‑annual performance bonuses (twice a year) Recommended earnings range: $85,000 - $180,000+ annually , depending on performance Fully remote role High autonomy and direct impact on division growth Why Join Desort Desort is a modern, high‑touch recruitment firm specializing in high‑value placements across Dental, Medical, Veterinary, Optometry, and Legal verticals.
