A candidate with a background with In-Home Sales experience and/or Hospitality experience would be highly considered. Would be willing to train the right individual as well! We are looking for a strategic addition to our growing sales team and we are looking for someone to fit our family oriented culture!

Job Description:

Ability to overcome objections and use a consultative sales approach utilizing features and benefits to sell a high-end home improvement project Complete customer satisfaction and follow through can lead to ongoing referrals for this in-home sales position Deadline focused, organized and results driven are integral to this position Familiar with putting together pricing and being able to guide clients through the design phase of their floor coating selection Willing to spend time with install crews to learn more about product, installation, repairs and concrete to help facilitate and create a family culture among our company When not running sales calls or working with installation crews, you will be able to work from home to follow up on sales appointments, do some cold calling, generating sales leads, and handle customer service with your clients

$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
