Door-to-Door Sales Representative

Job Overview We are hiring Door-to-Door Roofing Sales Representatives for our

DFW / ETX

area operations. This is a 100% commission, independent contractor (1099) position. You will knock doors in target neighborhoods, offer free roof inspections, and generate leads for roofing projects and insurance claims. You must be physically able to safely climb ladders, access roofs, and perform on-site inspections. You are responsible for providing your own reliable vehicle and ladder. This role is strictly commission-based with no base salary or benefits. Strong performers can build significant income through volume and consistency. Responsibilities Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods to introduce our roofing services and offer free on-site roof inspections Perform safe ladder and roof inspections to assess damage and explain findings to homeowners Generate leads and set appointments for our estimating team Clearly explain the insurance claims process and how we help homeowners Follow up with prospects to move leads toward signed contracts Maintain accurate records of doors knocked, inspections completed, and appointments set Represent the Response Roofing brand professionally and follow all company procedures Requirements Must be physically able-bodied and comfortable climbing ladders and safely accessing roofs Must have a reliable vehicle and provide your own ladder Valid driver's license and current auto insurance required Strong communication skills and comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face Self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle rejection while staying consistent Must pass a background check Prior door-to-door, outside sales, or roofing/construction experience is a plus but not required — we provide training This is an independent contractor (1099) position. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and equipment. No company benefits are provided.
