About the Role North American Lineman Training Center is seeking a motivated Enrollment Advisor to guide prospective students through the admissions process and help build the pipelines that keep our programs growing. This role combines inside sales with community outreach - you'll work the phone and the field, making a real difference in people's career trajectories. This position is onsite during training and transitions to hybrid upon completion. Responsibilities Contact prospective students via phone, email, and text to assess goals and explain program benefits Manage leads through the full admissions funnel and meet established conversion targets Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless student experience Develop and maintain referral relationships with high schools, workforce centers, and military transition offices Represent NALTC at career fairs, community events, and campus tours Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or call center environment Strong verbal communication skills and confidence engaging prospects by phone Ability to manage a high-volume pipeline and follow up consistently Highly organized and self-directed with a track record of meeting goals Salesforce or CRM experience preferred Familiarity with vocational or trade education is a plus Benefits Full-time, stable employment Hybrid/remote work schedule after training period Meaningful work supporting students entering the skilled trades
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
