This multifaceted role requires a strong ability to identify high-potential prospects, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve or exceed revenue quotas. You will bridge the gap between individual sales performance and team leadership by executing market strategies while mentoring and guiding representatives to meet broader company objectives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your sales acumen, negotiate contracts, and grow within the thriving logistics industry. You must be experienced in transportation management systems, and a proactive approach to thrive in this role. Responsibilities Build long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and account retention Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Coach, mentor, and train junior sales representatives to enhance team competence and foster a high-performance sales culture. Build and maintain long-lasting partnerships with high-value clients, key stakeholders, and decision-makers. Assist management in developing business, setting quarterly goals, and evaluating team performance. Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and carriers alike. Monitor competitor or activities, track industry trends, and identify opportunities for new product features or services improvements. Prepare accurate sales forecast and present performance data to senior leadership to guide budgeting and strategic planning.   • Experience
  • Demonstrated success in sales, with substantial experience in management or other senior-level positions. Book of Business established
