What This Role Is This is an outbound phone sales role focused on connecting with individuals from our internal database, building trust, and guiding them through their options. This is a high-activity, performance-based position with a clear path to strong earnings and career growth. Day in the Life Make 150-250 outbound calls daily Speak with prospective clients from our lead database Handle objections and build rapport over the phone Follow up consistently to move opportunities forward Track activity and performance daily This role requires focus, consistency, and comfort on the phone . Compensation Base salary + uncapped commission Performance-based bonuses Typical first-year earnings: $60,000

• $120,000 Top performers: $150,000+ Compensation is directly tied to performance.
