This is an opportunity for someone who wants to break into the cannabis industry through wholesale sales and is ready to work hard, learn quickly, and perform in a fast-moving environment. This is not a passive retail position or a desk job. This is a route-based field sales role for someone who is comfortable being on the road, speaking with dispensaries face-to-face, handling rejection, building relationships, and staying disciplined. We are looking for driven, coachable, competitive individuals who want a real opportunity to grow in cannabis B2B sales.
Paid Training:
All new hires will go through a 10-day paid training program designed to teach the ins and outs of the cannabis B2B sales industry.
Training includes:
Cannabis product knowledge Dispensary and wholesale sales fundamentals How to speak with buyers and decision-makers Route planning and territory management Sales pitch development Follow-up and relationship building Compliance and professionalism in the cannabis industry Sales reporting and field expectations This training is built to prepare entry-level candidates for success in the field. 45-
Day Probation Period:
All new hires will begin with a 45-day probation period. During this time, performance will be evaluated based on: Coachability Professionalism Communication Work ethic Consistency Reliability Ability to learn quickly Ability to apply feedback Overall field performance Candidates who show strong effort, instincts, discipline, growth, and alignment with company expectations during the probation period will be considered for continued employment.
Responsibilities:
Travel a daily sales route to visit licensed cannabis dispensaries Introduce Tuan products to buyers, managers, and store staff Build and maintain strong relationships with retail accounts Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing customers Learn how to position products effectively based on account needs Track account activity, conversations, and follow-ups Represent the Tuan brand professionally in the field Help identify and develop new sales opportunities in assigned territories Maintain organization, urgency, and accountability throughout the workday
Qualifications:
21+ only Entry-level applicants encouraged to apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with face-to-face sales and field work Comfortable being on the road daily Highly coachable and willing to learn Self-motivated and disciplined Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Proof of insurance Must meet all legal requirements to work in the cannabis industry in
California Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, retail, canvassing, field marketing, or customer service Familiarity with cannabis products or dispensary environments Experience managing a route or working independently
