We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team and drive bookings for our state-of-the-art facility. We operate a portfolio of business in Bedford, NH, including New Morning Schools, a leading provider of play-based preschool, full-day kindergarten, and school-age programs, Lighthouse Local, a bakery cafe, and the Bedford Event Center. Job Description As an Event Center Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building lasting client relationships. You will work closely with clients to understand their event needs and showcase Bedford Event Center's unique offerings to secure bookings. This role requires a proven closer with a track record of exceeding sales targets and expertise in event management software. Key Responsibilities Actively prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach. Conduct venue tours and consultations to highlight our facilities and services. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales goals. Utilize Planning Pod to manage client inquiries, proposals, and event details. Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless client experiences. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications Proven Sales Closer :
Minimum of 3 years in sales, with a demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed quotas, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.
Planning Pod Experience :
Hands-on experience using Planning Pod or similar software for event sales, client management, and proposal creation is required . Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred.
