Position Overview We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Healthcare Business Development Representative to help expand OneCare by building connections with healthcare practices across the country. This role does involve proactive outreach, including phone calls to prospective healthcare practices, follow-up conversations, networking, and relationship development. However, this is not a transactional call-center environment or a script-driven sales role. We are looking for someone who can communicate professionally, build trust, understand operational challenges within healthcare practices, and help prospective clients see how OneCare can improve the way they run their business. Success in this role comes from meaningful conversations, relationship building, consistency, curiosity, and the ability to genuinely help practices identify opportunities for improvement. You will work directly with leadership and play a major role in helping practices discover better ways to operate through technology, workflow improvements, and operational strategy. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, personable, and excited about helping businesses succeed. Responsibilities Build relationships with healthcare practices, providers, and office leadership Identify and connect with prospective clients through outreach, networking, follow-up, and lead generation Conduct discovery conversations to understand operational and workflow challenges Educate prospective clients on OneCare's platform and capabilities Coordinate and assist with software demonstrations and follow-up discussions Maintain ongoing communication with leads and existing relationships Help practices understand opportunities for operational improvement, efficiency, and growth Maintain accurate records of communication and opportunities within CRM systems Collaborate closely with onboarding, support, leadership, and product teams Gather feedback and market insights to support future product development and company growth Stay informed on healthcare industry trends and evolving operational needs Represent the company professionally and positively at all times Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable speaking with healthcare providers, business owners, and office staff Strong organizational and follow-up skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Customer-service mindset with a passion for helping others succeed Ability to explain technology and workflows in a simple and relatable way Positive attitude and solutions-oriented mindset Experience in healthcare, SaaS, customer success, business development, or practice operations is a plus CRM experience is preferred Passion for healthcare innovation is highly preferred What Makes This Opportunity Different At OneCare, you are not just joining another software company.
