HOME CARE SALES REP

Pay / Status We are looking to expand our company. We are looking for 3 Sales Representatives who enjoy helping the elderly stay in their own homes. As an Independent Sales Rep. with Guest Home Care, you will receive $1400 per new client obtained. To obtain the commission, the service signed up for should be at least 6 hours per week. The payout will come after company receives the first full period (which is 2 weeks) invoice fully paid. Additional compensation is equal to 5% of billed amount to client for the next 10 weeks. Total full-commission ranges from $1400 to $4676 (average estimated at $1850) per new client. The company provides business cards, brochures, and assessment packets. Up to 10 leads will be provided for Full-Time Sales Reps. Job Overview:

As a Home Care Salesperson for Guest Home Care , you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and building lasting relationships with potential clients. This is a remote position that involves a significant amount of cold calling to generate leads and promote our home care services. Your focus will be on reaching out to prospects directly and to facilities, understanding client needs, and documenting relevant information for further engagement. The ideal candidate will have pre-existing referral sources.

Responsibilities:

Cold Calling:

Initiate outbound calls to leads provided, introducing Guest Home Care, and creating interest in our services.

Lead Qualification:

Engage with potential clients to understand their specific needs and assess their eligibility for our home care services.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with leads, including relevant information, preferences, and follow-up actions.

Follow-up:

Implement a strategic follow-up process to nurture leads, address queries, and guide potential clients through the decision-making process. Set up Assessment appointments and meet potential clients in their homes to perform a client assessment. Offer to begin Guest Home Care services to the prospect. Develop a Care Plan document from the assessment information obtained.

Qualifications:

2 years proven experience as Sales Representative. 3 years experience in Home Care or Health Care Industry. Must be caring and compassionate toward the elderly. Strong organizational skills with the ability to document information accurately. Ability to work independently and remotely. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
