$75,000 to $175,000 per year (Base plus Commission and Profit Sharing).

The Opportunity :
You will serve as a premier comfort consultant, moving beyond "box-swapping" to design sophisticated, whole-home mechanical solutions. This role empowers you to use building science to solve complex climate issues while working for a team that celebrates every win. You will have the autonomy to manage your territory and the support of a dedicated crew of master craftsmen. How You Will Make an
Impact:
Conduct in-home sales presentations to provide custom solutions that solve client comfort issues and drive referrals. Perform detailed visual inspections of residential structures, including attics and crawlspaces, to ensure technical accuracy. Utilize building science principles and manual J reports to design properly sized hydronic and ductwork systems. Educate potential clients on the long-term value of high-efficiency equipment and available financing options. Coordinate the seamless transfer of project notes, photos, and drawings to the installation department for perfect execution. Represent the company's integrity by maintaining professional client-care standards during every on-site interaction. Participate in weekly sales meetings and ongoing manufacturer training to master the latest HVAC technology.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of consultative sales experience specifically within a residential environment. Proven ability to work directly with consumers in their homes and manage a high-volume sales pipeline. Proficiency in using company-furnished technology for reporting and field communication. Strong understanding of basic HVAC systems and a commitment to professional appearance. Demonstrated physical ability to use step ladders and lift up to 30 lbs during site inspections.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Over 5 years of experience in retail or consultative sales with a focus on high-ticket home improvements. Advanced knowledge of building science, manual J load calculations, and hydronic systems. Completion of specialized technical training or certifications in HVAC design and airflow. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a deep understanding of the psychology of sales.
