Position Overview The Comfort Consultant works directly with customers to evaluate comfort concerns, assess HVAC systems, and recommend appropriate solutions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, problem-solving, and educating homeowners, without being confined to a desk or strictly in the field. This is a hybrid role , combining in-home consultations and field visits with administrative work completed from a designated home office.CompensationBenefits Pay Range:
Blended compensation plan of base plus commissions based on sales.
