Uncapped Compensation:

Join a team where your performance drives your paycheck! Our compensation package is designed to reward your success. Our model includes guaranteed annual base pay of $43,056

• $60,120 based on your experience A competitive benefits package PLUS an uncapped performance-based incentive, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings on average up to an additional $27,300 on top of the guaranteed base pay annually.

Once training is complete, you'll transition to a hybrid work model, working in-office three days per week and virtual two days. While most teams are in-office Monday through Wednesday; your assigned shift may vary.
