Role:

Ventana Biosciences is expanding and seeking experienced, self-driven Independent Distributors Representatives (1099) to grow its presence in regenerative medicine, advanced wound care, and other medical products/equipment. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential for individuals who know how to build relationships, create pipelines, and close deals.

What You'll Be Selling:

You will be representing a portfolio of advanced medical solutions focused on improving patient outcomes and supporting modern healthcare delivery.

This includes:

Synthetic and biological skin grafts for wound care Advanced wound care technologies designed to support healing and infection control Regenerative medicine solutions Medical products and solutions for physicians, wound care clinics, med spas, and pharmacies More importantly, you will be selling solutions—not just products —helping providers improve consistency, streamline workflows, and deliver better patient care in real-world clinical environments.

What You'll Be Doing:

Prospecting and developing new business through: Face-to-face sales Cold calling Social media outreach (LinkedIn, etc.) Building and managing your own sales pipeline Educating providers on product use and benefits Closing deals and maintaining client relationships Representing Ventana Biosciences in a professional, consultative manner Who You Are (Requirements): Proven experience in: Face-to-face sales Cold calling and business development Social media engagement for prospecting Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Medical, pharmaceutical, or B2B sales experience preferred, but not required

Do you have experience generating your own leads and developing provider relationships? Do you have prior experience in medical, pharmaceutical, wound care, or regenerative medicine sales? Do you understand that local travel and related expenses (fuel, parking, meals, etc.) required for meetings and business activities are your responsibility? Do you have your own cell phone, computer and a reliable internet connection required to perform this role effectively? Do you understand and agree that this role requires attendance and participation in scheduled online sales meetings and training sessions? Are you comfortable discussing healthcare products in a clinical and compliance-focused environment? Are you willing to travel in your local area for provider meetings, clinics, and healthcare networking opportunities? Are you comfortable standing, walking, and/or sitting for extended periods of time while conducting provider visits, attending meetings, and participating in healthcare-related events for this job?
