Salary:

Commission-based (potential earnings range from $40,000 to $400,000+ annually)

Responsibilities:

Lead generation and project management. Flexible schedules working out in the field. Engage with homeowners and businesses to identify weather-related damages and repair needs.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Competence in computer and phone skills. Strong communication and organizational abilities. Ability to climb a ladder. Industry experience is a plus but not required.
