This is it. The Ludify Group is hiring a full-time Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to serve as a key driver of our client experience and internal operations. This role offers the rare combination of stable base income plus uncapped earning potential through performance-based bonuses. This is not a traditional "sales" job. It is a service-first, systems-driven role focused on building relationships, managing communication, and ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and agents. If you are detail-oriented, people-focused, and driven to build a big life without the typical nights-and-weekends agent grind, this role is designed for you. What You'll Do Serve as the first point of contact for prospective buyers and sellers via phone, text, and email Act as a concierge for clients throughout the early stages of the real estate process Manage and optimize follow-up systems within our CRM (Follow Up Boss) Oversee client experience workflows and ensure nothing falls through the cracks Support and hold agents accountable to service standards and communication expectations Coordinate communication between clients and agents to drive conversion and satisfaction Maintain consistent daily outreach and pipeline management Roughly 40-50% of your time will be spent actively communicating with clients and agents. The rest will focus on systems, tracking, and operational excellence. Requirements Must be local to the Charleston, SC area Must obtain a South Carolina real estate license (we will guide you through the process) Ability to work a hybrid schedule (in-office + remote) Availability Monday-Friday with occasional weekend/on-call responsiveness This is a full-time contract role with a 1-year minimum commitment and performance-based incentives.
