POSITION SUMMARY
As an Inside Sales Agent with a wholesale merchandising focus, you will maximize business in your assigned territories and be a key player in our success. This position builds crucial cross-functional relationships, ensuring clear communication and optimal product presentation. Your role is vital in achieving individual and company sales goals while sharing best practices to enhance business processes. Elevate your career with Nixon and take your sales journey to new heights! This position is responsible for the Canadian territory and Specialty accounts.
KEY FUNCTIONS
Territory Support:
  • Monitor the accuracy of transaction information related to sales orders, return orders, and service orders for efficient processing.
  • Preserve sales order integrity by managing revisions and cancellations to ensure orders are ready for allocation by requested ship dates.
  • Develop a clear understanding of ERP, portals, and platform functionalities and use.
  • Remain current with inbound styles and reported updates to clearly communicate order status to sales team in support of GTM.
  • Issue return authorizations in accordance to Nixon's return policy and procedure.
  • Partner with accounting team to ensure account balance accuracy.
  • Manage a high volume of customer inquiries and related tasks.
  • Demonstrate great phone and chat etiquette with a high level of enthusiasm when interacting with customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service with developed product knowledge information.
  • Use strong problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to customer issues.
  • Support and effectively communicate Nixon's warranty policy and repair service process to customers.
  • Assist customers with technical support and creative solutions to service issues.
Retail Marketing:
  • Implement retail guidelines for consistency.
  • Monitor competitor retail execution.
  • Report on program performance.
  • Monitor representative merchandise displays.
  • Manage retail marketing assets ordering, budgets, and expenses.
  • Manage requests for watch display parts.
  • Prepare slide decks for sharing with major accounts.
GTM Calendar /
Sales Meetings:
  • Manage GTM calendar and meetings where Sales plays a key role.
  • Lead Sales Meeting planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing departments to ensure GTM processes align with Sales input and desired outputs for reps and distributors.

B Platform :
  • Organize up-to-date sales programs, marketing content, and more for wholesale and distributors.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong customer focus, high energy, a professional demeanor, integrity, and a high degree of flexibility, and responsiveness. Excellent internal and external relationship-building skills, coupled with an ability to adapt and optimize communication style to achieve desired results. A self-motivated and self-directed personality with a strong team orientation, who can succeed working independently in the field. Business savvy, creative, and the ability to sell, influence and negotiate in a professional manner. Strong knowledge of MS office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook.) ERP system- NAV experience a plus. Clear understanding of protecting the financial bottom line Bachelor's degree preferred or 3+ years' experience in customer service/wholesale support.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate must be able to complete all the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be able to remain in a stationary position, either sitting or standing, 50% of the time; standing desks are available. Up to eight-hours per day operating a computer and other office equipment, i.e., calculators, printers, etc. Indoor office environment, not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions. Salary Range:
