Total compensation is designed to reward individuals who consistently convert prospects and achieve enrollment and sales goals. Position Overview We are seeking a high-performing Inside Sales Consultant to convert inbound leads into consultations, memberships, and wellness program enrollments. This is not a telemarketing role. You will be responsible for guiding prospective patients through the consultation process, understanding their goals and health concerns, educating them on available solutions, recommending appropriate programs, and converting qualified leads into active patients. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in consultative sales, understands the customer journey, and excels at building trust through meaningful conversations. Working closely with marketing, providers, operations, and partnerships teams, you will help ensure every lead receives an exceptional experience from first inquiry through enrollment. Responsibilities Lead Management & Conversion Respond to inbound leads generated through digital advertising, social media, website inquiries, events, referrals, and partnerships Contact new leads promptly through phone, text, email, and CRM workflows Conduct discovery calls to understand each prospect's health goals, challenges, and motivations Educate prospective patients on Cellebration's services and treatment options Qualify leads based on program fit and established health criteria Schedule consultations and appointments with providers as appropriate Maintain consistent follow-up to improve conversion rates and reduce lead leakage Guide prospects through the decision-making process and close program enrollments Consultative Selling Recommend personalized treatment plans based on patient goals and needs Cross-sell and upsell complementary services when appropriate Present membership options and wellness programs confidently Help patients understand long-term wellness plans rather than single-service purchases Position Cellebration's solutions around outcomes, goals, and quality of life improvements CRM & Pipeline Management Maintain accurate records of all interactions within the CRM Track lead status, appointment outcomes, and sales opportunities Manage pipeline activity and follow-up schedules Report on lead conversion metrics, appointment show rates, and sales performance Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance Partnerships & Internal Support Assist the VP of Partnerships with lead follow-up and conversion efforts Support referral and affiliate programs by nurturing incoming prospects Coordinate with providers and clinic staff to ensure a seamless patient experience Participate in ongoing training to stay current on Cellebration services and treatment offerings QualificationsRequired 3+ years of experience in consultative sales, wellness sales, medical sales, healthcare sales, or high-ticket service sales Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goals Strong closing skills with a proven track record of converting inbound leads Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Experience managing leads through a CRM system Strong organizational and follow-up skills Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, patient-friendly language Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment Preferred Experience in wellness, aesthetics, regenerative medicine, medical spas, functional medicine, healthcare, fitness, or longevity services Knowledge of sales funnels, customer journeys, and lead nurturing Experience with membership-based businesses Familiarity with GoHighLevel, Symplast, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: A natural relationship builder who enjoys helping people improve their health and quality of life Consultative rather than transactional in their sales approach Comfortable discussing health, wellness, and lifestyle goals with prospective patients Motivated by achieving goals while delivering an exceptional patient experience Highly organized, proactive, and skilled at managing follow-up Confident recommending personalized solutions based on individual needs and goals Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment Passionate about health, wellness, longevity, and helping others achieve lasting results Why Join Cellebration?
