You Build the Team. Most inside sales roles promise "warm leads" and deliver a recycled list and a prayer. This isn't that. At True Nature Meats, our Inside Sales Team Leads receive an average of 50 qualified leads per day — real people who have already expressed interest in our premium, chef-crafted meats. Your job isn't to hunt. It's to connect, close, and build something that compounds. To back that up, True Nature Meats invests approximately $25,000 in qualified leads on your behalf — a real, tangible commitment to your success from day one. This isn't a trial run. It's us putting significant capital behind you so you can build a scalable, recurring income business without starting from scratch. This role will be onsite for the first 3 weeks to support onboarding and training, then transition to fully remote. What We're Looking For 2+ years of sales experience with a track record of consistent, measurable results Someone who has led or mentored other reps — formally or informally — and made them better A natural relationship builder who earns trust quickly and keeps it Self-directed and self-motivated — you don't need a manager looking over your shoulder Energized by coaching, training, and watching others succeed Comfortable on the phone and confident in a consultative sales approach Hungry to build something — not just collect a paycheck This role is not for everyone. Compensation First-year target income:

$140,000

• $220,000+ (based on performance) Uncapped commission structure — personal sales, recurring revenue, and override commissions on your entire Partner network Milestone bonuses that stack as your subscriber network grows Long-term residual income — your Partner network continues generating commissions month after month The more you build, the more you earn.

There is no ceiling.
