• Multifamily Property Services We are a growing property-services company serving apartment communities, HOAs, and property management companies throughout Utah County.

We are looking for one dependable salesperson to work a provided list of local apartment communities and property-management prospects . You will not be expected to build your own lead database. We provide the target communities. Your job is to identify the right decision-maker, make contact, follow up consistently, and help turn qualified prospects into signed accounts. Responsibilities Contact property managers by phone and email Identify decision-makers at assigned properties Follow up consistently with prospects Visit local properties when useful Set and conduct sales conversations Present services and pricing Help move opportunities through proposal and contract Maintain basic notes and next steps for assigned accounts Our services include valet trash and recycling, pet waste services, litter pickup, dumpster/enclosure cleanup, and related exterior property services. Sales materials, pricing guidance, service information, and proposal support are provided. Compensation This is a commission-only position with no base salary or hourly wage . For qualifying accounts you originate and help close: 50% of the first month's collected revenue 20% of collected revenue for months 2-6 10% of collected revenue for months 7-12 Commission on each account ends after month 12 and is paid based on revenue actually collected from the customer.

Example:

A property generating $3,000 per month would pay approximately $6,300 total commission over the 12-month commission period . There is no cap on the number of qualifying accounts you can originate. Qualifications Comfortable with cold outreach Confident speaking with business decision-makers Consistent with follow-up Self-directed and dependable Available during some normal weekday business hours Organized enough to manage multiple prospects Able to travel locally within Utah County when needed Previous B2B, outside sales, multifamily, property management, merchant services, roofing, pest control, telecom, or similar experience is helpful but not required. This role is best suited for someone comfortable with performance-based compensation who wants ownership of a defined prospect list and is willing to work those accounts consistently.
