Typical day to day responsibilities:

Assisting with counter sales / processing customer pick-ups in the ERP system Creating sales quotes from phone and email requests Cutting and processing customer orders Unloading trucks (forklift) and stocking inventory in the warehouse Backup driver for deliveries to customers and pickup of material from vendors All while maintaining a high standard of customer service & safety. If you are motivated to drive / operate equipment safely and deliver products to customers within deadlines, we can teach you the rest. We'll train you in operating our machines and working with different metals. If you're good with your hands, have attention to detail and you're motivated to learn, this is the right job for you! RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide consistent, superior customer service, ensuring all customer needs and requests are identified and addressed, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction at all times Acknowledge and respond in a timely fashion to all order requests, submitted quotes and delivery follow-up(in-person, phone, email) Entering and updating customer information into our Point of Sale software, as needed QCing and packaging orders, carrying orders to customers vehicles (sometimes requires lifting >50lbs) Cut customer orders to customer specs using metal cutting equipment such as saws, hydraulic shear, etc Safely operate forklift to move material around the warehouse, unload/load trucks, etc Safely load and operate a 25'+ vehicle (F550 flatbed) to make customer deliveries Receive, identify and stock incoming materials, as required Ensure Warehouse is clean, organized and safe at all times Handle walk-in / counter sales & pick ups Perform other duties as requested

QUALIFICATIONS

Available M-F, ~8a

• 5p. With 1x 30min unpaid lunch break + 2x 10min paid breaks Valid Driver's license, clean driving record and insurable Experience / comfort driving large vehicles (eg 25' long vehicle) and comfort training on a forklift Ability to accurately use measuring instruments
• tape measures, dial calipers Physically able to frequently lift/move metal product weighing 50
• 100 lbs Excellent English communication skills, both verbally and written Excellent customer relationship skills

COMPENSATION

Hourly:

$19.00-20.00/hr (dependent on experience)

Target Bonus Range:

$200

• 400 per month paid out quarterly based on individual and store performance targets Heath Insurance Cost Sharing program (ICHRA) after 60 days Colorado Sick Pay Paid Time Off after 12mos
