What You'll Earn $50,000-$80,000 base salary (depending on experience) 5-10% commission on every sale — uncapped, always Performance bonuses on top of commission Realistic six-figure earnings for strong closers What You'll Sell Recurring residential pest control, termite, mosquito, and rodent exclusion services — to customers who already know our name. 100% inbound and warm follow-up.
