Handle customer inquiries, process orders and see them through to completion. Work with vendors and manage open vendor purchase orders. Follow up with clients to nurture relationships and build customer loyalty. Requirements Proven experience in sales or customer support roles. Excellent communication skills in English. A knowledge of Quick Books is a plus. Familiarity with data entry processes is required. Strong organizational skills are needed. Demonstrate phone and email etiquette, active listening skills, and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism.
