We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative with a strong understanding of construction plans. This role focuses on building relationships with customers, providing accurate product recommendations, and ensuring consistent follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct customer follow-ups 2-3 times per week to maintain strong client relationships. Review construction plans with clients and provide appropriate product solutions. Prepare quotes, answer client inquiries, and manage sales orders accurately. Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities. Collaborate with field and project teams to meet customer requirements. Participate in hands-on training to fully understand all aspects of the role.

Requirements:

Experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably with construction plan knowledge. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Proficiency with CRM systems is a plus.
