Inside Sales Representative

Description Summary:

Requires an energetic, motivated and dedicated sales professional to make outbound calls to potential customers, current customers and past customers. The incumbent is responsible for growing our customer base through prospecting and re-enrolling customers.

Responsibilities:

• Making outbound calls to potential customers (leads provided)
• Managing leads by tracking and following up on them
• Conducting sales presentations via the phone and internet
• Closing sales and meeting monthly sales goals in accordance with development plan
• Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality and call metrics

• The successful candidate will be open and receptive to coaching and feedback geared to improve sales performance.

Additional Skills & Qualifications Requirements:

• 6 months or more call center experience; outbound experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED First Day Expectations- Previous sales experience, open to training and learning the product.

Must have outbound experience. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miramar, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
