Job Description
Coordinate activities between customer accounts, regional sales, service representatives, and internal departments.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to understand needs and provide solutions.
Follow up on quotes and customer inquiries to drive order conversion.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
Develop strong product knowledge to support customer needs.
Generate sales orders for aftermarket parts in coordination with outside sales.
Maintain and update CRM database for assigned accounts.
Prepare cost estimates and follow up on pricing requests.
Handle customer complaints, returns, and adjustments in a timely manner.
Assist in resolving accounts receivable issues.
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field (industrial parts preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset with relationship-building ability.
High emotional intelligence and interpersonal awareness.
