Refer a Friend Back to Search Are you a data-driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships and closing deals? We are representing a global leader in color science and technology seeking an Inside Sales Representative to own a high-impact service territory. This isn't your typical "cold-calling" role. You will be the primary point of contact for service care plan renewals, working with an established customer base that relies on our client's world-class hardware and software to keep their businesses running.
Responsibilities:
Renewal Management:
Manage and prioritize the software and service renewal pipeline in Salesforce, tracking timelines to drive opportunities to closure.
Customer Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding quotes, renewals, and order statuses via phone and email.
Internal Collaboration:
Partner with service support, sales support, and order entry teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
Data & Reporting:
Maintain up-to-date customer records in Salesforce and assist with pipeline tracking using Power BI.
Team & Operations Support:
Provide administrative coverage during team absences and progressively take on more direct ownership of renewal accounts as experience grows.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year accredited college or equivalent business experience. Proficiency in the use of PCs and software, including CRM databases. Salesforce experience preferred, but not required. Proven interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal) for frequent contact with internal and external customers, as well as leadership. High degree of motivation, goal-driven, self-starter. Proven organizational and time management skills; ability to set priorities and work independently.
