$50,000•$55,000 base + bonus

Full-Time About the Opportunity Our client is a growing, technically driven organization seeking a high-energy Entry-Level Technical Sales Representative to join their inside sales and business development team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking to break into technical sales. The role offers hands-on training, mentorship from experienced professionals, and a clear path for long-term growth — including potential progression into outside sales. The ideal candidate is motivated, curious, and mechanically/technically inclined, with strong communication skills and a desire to build relationships while learning complex products and applications. What You'll Do Engage with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings Learn and understand the company's technical products, solutions, and applications Identify customer needs and clearly communicate technical value propositions Support the full sales cycle, including quoting, order entry, and follow-up Assist with product demonstrations and technical presentations Collaborate with internal teams including sales, engineering, and operations Support submittal drawings and documentation for engineering approvals Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity Assist with light shipping and receiving as needed What We're Looking For Associate's degree or equivalent experience required (Engineering degree a plus) Strong interest in technical sales and customer interaction High energy, self-starter with a strong work ethic and growth mindset Excellent communication skills — ability to speak confidently with customers Mechanically or technically inclined; able to learn and understand technical products Exposure or familiarity with flow rate, pressure, valves, or actuators is a strong plus Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Proficient with Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience is a plus Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply Work Environment & Growth Hybrid flexibility: 1 remote work-from-home day every other week Structured onboarding and hands-on training program Direct mentorship from experienced technical sales professionals Clear path for advancement into higher-level or outside sales roles What's Offered Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus Full benefits package (health, PTO, 401k) Collaborative, team-oriented environment Long-term career growth within a stable and growing organization
