Job Description
Support the Medicare Team by initiating outbound calls to prospective members, with the goal of setting qualified appointments for licensed Medicare agents. This internship offers hands-on experience in lead generation, client engagement, and the Medicare sales process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to Medicare-eligible individuals to prequalify and schedule appointments with licensed agents. Manage and organize incoming leads from various sources including marketing campaigns, referrals, and outreach efforts. Assist licensed agents in maintaining lead databases and appointment calendars. Participate in mentorship with a licensed Medicare agent to gain practical insights into client interaction and compliance. Support additional administrative and outreach projects as assigned.Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone. Comfortable using CRM systems and lead tracking tools. Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality of client information. Willingness to learn about Medicare products, ethical sales practices, and compliance standards. Background check and fingerprinting may be required depending on system access.Internship Details:
