• Receive daily coaching and feedback
• Begin developing your own client relationships
• Earn income through mentored sales opportunities Training is provided from your local office, so you are fully supported while building your skills and confidence.
• As You Grow As you gain experience, you will begin managing your own schedule and client portfolio, including:
• Meeting with clients in surrounding areas
• Educating employees on supplemental and income protection benefits
• Supporting clients with service and claims
• Building long-term relationships
• Growing recurring income through your own book of business
• Compensation First-year agents typically earn $45,000
• 75,000, depending on activity level, consistency, and effort. There is no cap on income potential. Our team provides the mentorship, training, and structure to help you reach meaningful income goals.
