Job Description

Account Manager Reliance Financial is a privately held SMB finance company focused on providing working capital solutions to small and medium-sized businesses across the United States. We work closely with a nationwide network of Independent Sales Organizations ("ISOs"), brokers, and referral partners that introduce financing opportunities to our platform. We are seeking a highly organized, relationship-driven Account Manager to help expand and strengthen our partner network through brand building, marketing initiatives, and ongoing relationship management. The Account Manager will focus on building strong partner engagement, coordinating outreach campaigns, supporting marketing initiatives, and creating a best-in-class experience for our referral partners. Once relationships are established, our internal book management team will lead the day-to-day funding relationship. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who enjoys relationship management, marketing coordination, networking, and business development. Responsibilities Assist with planning and executing social media campaigns to strengthen Reliance's brand presence within the business finance industry Coordinate email marketing campaigns and partner outreach initiatives Help organize and manage partner engagement efforts, including gifts, lunches, holiday outreach, birthday tracking, and appreciation campaigns Attend industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows on behalf of Reliance Research and identify prospective ISO and referral partners Make introductions between new partners and Reliance's internal relationship/book management team Maintain regular communication with referral partners to ensure a positive experience with Reliance Coordinate with internal teams to support onboarding and partner communication Assist with CRM management, contact organization, and marketing databases Contribute ideas for improving partner engagement, retention, and overall brand visibility Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable speaking with clients and business partners professionally Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with social media, marketing, customer service, hospitality, or relationship management is a plus Prior finance or MCA industry experience is not required Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, or social media tools is a plus Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Performance-based bonuses Opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding finance company Hybrid work flexibility Collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment
