We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior Sales Manager to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about outside sales, business development, and building strong client relationships. The Junior Sales Manager will support our efforts in expanding market presence, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies. The position offers opportunities for professional development in management, marketing, and technical sales within a collaborative environment. This is an exciting opportunity for recent college graduates or entry level sales associates with limited sales experience to join a thriving industry with a growing company and earn substantial income within the first 12 months. Junior sales reps will train underneath management for an initial 90-120 days and then have the potential opportunity to work from home or office. This inside sales position offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions! Our junior sales representatives average $65,000-$90,000 total compensation ( salary plus commission ) in the initial 12 month of employment with 6 figures potential thereafter.
Junior Sales Representative Expectations:
Learn our business model and provide continued first class service to our customers. Deliver equipment and financing services to businesses over the phone with a professional and energetic demeanor. Calling warm prospects and developing relationships. Must be able to make high volume outbound calls for the first 90 days on a click-to-dial call system prospecting potential customers. Developing ways to originate and close deals in line with industry practices. Must be a team player and willingness to work independently. Develop and execute outside sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships Engage in B2B sales activities, including prospecting, cold calling, and client meetings to generate leads and close deals Manage and nurture customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support sales initiatives Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential areas for growth Support management in developing sales forecasts, proposals, and presentations Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction Provide technical product information during customer interactions, demonstrating expertise in technology or technical sales products Assist in training and mentoring new team members as part of leadership development Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of phone sales experience or a recent college graduate is preferred. Associates or bachelors degrees at minimum is preferred, but not required. Must be a highly motivated individual with a desire to produce results over the phone with decision makers. Proven experience or strong interest in outside sales, B2B sales, or business development roles Knowledge of marketing principles and technology sales environments is preferred Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is advantageous Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively Excellent analysis skills for assessing market data and customer needs Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving Exceptional customer service skills to build trust and rapport with clients Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Effective communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders at various levels of an organization Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field is preferred but not mandatory depending on experience Join our team as a Junior Sales Manager and contribute to our success by leveraging your sales expertise, strategic thinking, and passion for growth.
