Job Summary Daves Bounce And Play — Part‑Time Sales Associate (Flexible Hours) About us Daves Bounce And Play provides inflatable rentals and party entertainment for families, schools, camps, churches, and community events. We're seeking a friendly, organized part‑time Sales Associate to build relationships and book events in local communities. Position summary Part‑time, flexible schedule. The Sales Associate will prospect and cultivate relationships with churches, daycares, schools, camps, and other organizations that plan events and parties, converting interest into bookings. Key responsibilities
  • Research and identify local churches, daycares, preschools, K-12 schools, summer camps, community centers, and similar organizations.
  • Reach out by phone, email, and in‑person visits to introduce Daves Bounce And Play services and establish rapport with event planners and program coordinators.
  • Maintain and grow a pipeline of leads; follow up consistently to move leads toward booking.
  • Coordinate basic event details (date, location, equipment needs) and hand off confirmed bookings to operations.
  • Attend community events, fairs, and networking meetings as appropriate to promote the business.
  • Track outreach, conversations, and bookings in the company CRM or tracking tool.
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the brand professionally. Preferred qualifications
  • 1+ year experience in sales, outreach, customer service, or event coordination (experience with schools/churches/camps a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage time and follow‑up independently.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for visits and events.
  • Basic computer skills (email, Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, and simple CRM usage). Schedule & compensation
  • Part‑time, flexible hours (evenings/weekends may be required).
