POSITION SUMMARY
  • Lead Setter The Lead Setter is responsible for generating new business opportunities by engaging directly with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods and territories.
This role focuses on initiating conversations, identifying customer needs, and setting qualified appointments for the sales team.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation and Outreach Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned territories. Engage homeowners in a professional and approachable manner. Identify potential project opportunities and customer needs. Schedule qualified appointments for Sales Consultants Customer Interaction Provide a clear and positive introduction to Freedom Solutions. Educate homeowners at a high level on available services. Represent the company with professionalism and integrity Pipeline Development Maintain consistent daily activity and outreach goals. Track leads, conversations, and appointments accurately Follow up to confirm scheduled appointments. Team Collaboration Coordinate with Sales Consultants for smooth handoffs. Participate in meetings, trainings, and daily check-ins. Provide feedback on territory performance and customer trends.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE 30
Days Complete onboarding and training Understand scripts, systems, and territory expectations. Begin generating qualified appointments 60 Days Consistently meet appointment-setting targets. Improve communication and objection handling. Maintain accurate tracking and reporting 90 Days Exceed activity and appointment goals. Demonstrate consistency and professionalism in the field. Contribute reliably to the sales pipeline.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
No experience required. Sales or customer service experience preferred. Strong work ethic and reliability required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to walk for extended periods. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to travel locally within assigned territories .
Pay:
$4,000.00
