Responsibilities:

Engage with warm, inbound prospects through company-generated live transfer calls Educate clients on life insurance solutions and recommend the best-fit coverage Provide a smooth, professional experience from initial conversation to policy approval Meet and exceed individual sales targets and performance expectations Remain compliant and informed on product updates, underwriting guidelines, and regulations Collaborate with leadership and team members while continuing to sharpen your sales skills

Ideal Candidate:

Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly Currently holds an active life insurance license (required) Driven, disciplined, and open to coaching and feedback Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
