Annual base salary based on experience + commission from the sales you make One Remote Day per week to work from home. Bilingual a plus
Salary Range:
$37,440.00 - $45,760.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Work from Home Paid Time Off (PTO) Mon-Fri Schedule Requirements Valid New Jersey Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License (required) Must be willing to get licensed if not already licensed. Proven track record in sales, preferably within the insurance industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. A genuine passion for helping people and solving their problems. Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and solutions. Effectively present and explain insurance policy options and coverage details. Process new business applications and policy changes accurately. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional coverage. Collaborate with agency staff to achieve team goals and provide excellent customer service.
