Responsibilities Engage with customers both inside the showroom and through outside sales efforts to understand their needs and recommend suitable marble, lighting, and renovation solutions. Assist clients with layout design, sketchUp models, CAD drawings, and lighting design consultations to visualize their projects effectively. Conduct product demos, explain features, and upsell premium options to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service. Manage account details using POS systems, handle cash transactions accurately, and perform retail math to ensure precise sales processing. Support merchandising efforts by stocking displays, organizing samples, and maintaining an attractive showroom environment aligned with branding standards. Collaborate with clients on remodeling projects by providing expert guidance on renovation processes, construction timelines, and maintenance requirements. Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication skills, multilingual support when applicable, and personalized service that encourages repeat business. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales or inside sales within the retail or construction industry; familiarity with high-end sales is a plus. Knowledge of layout design tools such as SketchUp, CAD software, or lighting design principles to assist clients in visualizing their projects. Strong negotiation skills to upsell products confidently while ensuring customer satisfaction. Experience with remodeling, renovation projects, or interior design to better serve client needs. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse clientele effectively. Excellent organizational skills for managing stock levels, merchandising displays, and maintaining showroom presentation. Exceptional communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous for broader customer engagement.
