Role Description The Market Sales Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Virginia, Maryland and District of Columbia. This role is responsible for developing and growing relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and other referral partners across the market. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and scheduling meetings, presenting Pride Settlement's title and settlement services, and managing a targeted sales pipeline. The Market Sales Specialist will conduct in-person and virtual visits, support marketing initiatives and events, and provide responsive follow-up to new and existing partners. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure an excellent client experience and providing ongoing education to partners about products, processes, and service offerings. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and deliver clear, professional information to clients and referral partners. Proven Sales experience, including prospecting, relationship building, and closing, ideally within real estate, title.. Ability to manage and support Direct Store Delivery or similar field-based account management activities, including regular visits and territory planning. Experience with Training or educating clients, partners, or team members on products, processes, or best practices. Familiarity with real estate transactions, title insurance, or settlement services preferred, or willingness to learn quickly. Comfort working in a hybrid environment, managing time effectively between in-person meetings and remote work. Proficiency with CRM tools, email, and basic office software to track activities and report on sales performance. Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally within the assigned market. Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
