Job Summary Oldcastle APG is seeking a Masonry Veneer Sales Representative who will work within their assigned territory to develop and support successful business opportunities through the phases of the sales cycle. These opportunities will be the result of building and maintaining positive perceptions of our brands, strong and meaningful relationships, and being both responsive and proactive with customers. The Masonry Sales Representative is expected to be recognized as a knowledge resource and provide consultative support to designers, developers, contractors and distributors. They will also need to contribute to the development of positioning and selling strategies for those opportunities. The primary goal for this role is to promote Echelon Masonry Veneer products as the basis of design for new construction and remodel projects. Job Location This position is remote, and this person must reside in Illinois or Northwest Indiana. Job Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company revenue and growth goals Create new business by cultivating leads or leveraging relationships with new and existing clients Understand and support the design community as well as contractors and distributors Build Echelon Brand acceptance, trial and preference Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, key customer segments, and competitive positioning for distributors and contractors Create industry visibility and strong social ties through participation in industry related groups and activities Coordinate market research activities to understand market trends and future opportunities Coordinate as needed across departments and other internal functions to support the sales process Maintain positive working relationships with all company and team members Job Requirements 2+ years of experience working with Design Professionals, Contractors & Distributors 2+ years of experience introducing new products in the market and developing a ground-up sales strategy Ability to think strategically, with a track record of successfully implementing long-term plans Commitment to providing outstanding customer experience and building lasting client relationships A working knowledge of the typical design project and customer decision-making processes Skills in product application consulting Able to work independently yet collaborate cross-functionally in a team environment Sound business judgment, good time management, and organization skills Must have valid driver's license Ability to travel up to 50% within territory and occasional travel outside territory Compensation Base Salary $60-70K with total compensation between $90K-110K Monthly car allowance 401(k) plan / group retirement savings program Short-term and long-term disability benefits Life insurance Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Paid holidays What CRH Offers You Highly competitive base pay Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs Group retirement savings program Health and wellness programs An inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRH CRH has a long and proud heritage.
