Membership Sales & Client Coordinator - Boutique Chiropractic & Sports Rehab Turn Your Passion for Fitness & Sales into a Career with Purpose Are you someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, loves talking to people, and wants more than just another sales job? This role is perfect for someone who LOVES building relationships and wants to be the first interaction for our patients who are selected to work in our sports and rehab setting. We aren't your cookie-cutter doctor's office. We care first about prioritizing the human element and connection of our interactions with our patients. We have built our practice around delivering world class care to our patients. The person we are looking for will be confident in asking our patients questions over the phone about their current health status and will ultimately determine which patients are a good fit to come into our office. We do not allow any patient into our office so we can take their money, only those who we know we can help solve their pain for good and those that we get long-lasting clinical outcomes with. Your role will be essential to determining who we can help and who we cannot help. A good candidate is someone who has strong leadership skills, can control a conversation, and can make anyone they're speaking to feel validated and important. The person we are looking for is someone who has a growth-mindset and appreciates being challenged to grow as a person and as a professional. Since we are a team, we regularly train, mentor, and give feedback to one another. You must be coachable to be a good fit on our team. About the Company Synergy Chiropractic & Sports Rehab is a rapidly growing cash-based rehab chiropractic clinic located in North Kingstown, RI. We specialize in helping active adults overcome pain and get back to hiking, exercising, traveling, and living an active lifestyle without relying on medications, injections, or surgery whenever possible. Unlike traditional healthcare clinics, our providers work one-on-one with patients for extended sessions and build customized treatment plans designed to address the root cause of pain. Our patients often come to us after trying traditional physical therapy, chiropractic care, or other treatments that did not solve their problem. We are passionate about helping people get their lives back so they can spend time doing what they love with the people who matter most. Most of our new patients come from Meta ads, educational resources, and referrals, and we are expanding into additional marketing channels such as Google Ads. To continue growing and helping more people in our community, we need the right person to manage incoming leads and guide prospective patients through the first step in their recovery journey. That's where you come in. Mission of the Position To convert inbound leads into qualified discovery visits that show up to their appointment, allowing our chiropractors to meet with people who are serious about solving their pain. Scorecard Schedule and confirm 25-28 discovery visits per month that show for their appointment Supporting KPIs Convert 40% of inbound leads into discovery calls Schedule 20-25 discovery calls per month Make 50 outbound calls and SMS texts per day Maintain 70%+ discovery visit show rate after phone call Top Results of Position Personally produce and schedule 20-25 discovery visits per month that attend their appointment Maintain 100% accuracy of the company's client database including CRM pipeline, Google Workspace tracking, and communication records Consistently follow the clinic's lead qualification process, scripts, and follow-up procedures Responsibilities and Activities To follow up on leads that have come in for a discovery visit or evaluation following the company's lead follow-up process to qualify them, classify their interest, and route them to the right "next step" in our process. Also update their information in CRM, Google Sheets, and Electronic Medical Record and ultimately schedule for appointment where appropriate. Respond quickly to inbound leads from Meta ads, Google ads, referrals, and social media Conduct discovery calls with prospective patients to understand their problem, goals, and determine whether Premier Rehab can help Schedule qualified leads into discovery visits with our physical therapists Answer inbound clinic phone calls and calls scheduled online with the goal to qualify appropriately and route them to an appointment Make 10 outbound calls/ texts in relation to current sales and promotions Follow up with leads who have expressed interest but have not yet scheduled Call and confirm upcoming discovery visits to reduce no-shows Reschedule or assist prospective patients who cancel or miss consult appointments Maintain accurate notes and records in the CRM system Update lead status and communication history within CRM and Google Workspace. This includes keeping records of conversations, emails, and the status of leads in our system. We run multiple offers/ campaigns at once requiring knowledge of those offers and the following of the process. To use the company's database and online platforms to find prospects and set appointments for "discovery call" To assist in any manner with Instagram DM's follow up system Collaborate with the team to improve scripts, communication, and lead conversion strategies Participate in ongoing professional development and coaching related to communication and patient experience Skills This Position Requires Extreme attention to detail and being highly organized. In this role, updating all fields in our database is critical for flow and process. Ability to confidently communicate with people on the phone Excellent time management and time management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to use CRM systems and digital tools including GoHighLevel and Google Workspace Characteristics of the Ideal Candidate Loves talking with people and building relationships Enjoys helping others solve meaningful problems Takes pride in creating an excellent first impression for patients Is highly organized and dependable Enjoys working in a small company where their work directly impacts growth Is coachable and eager to continuously improve their communication and professional skills Is comfortable having conversations about investing in health and solving problems long term Is a quick self motivated learner who is eager to grow, accepts direct feedback on calls and DMs, and is humble to expand their professional skillset
Compensation Base Salary:
$50,000 per year + OTE $3,600
Flexible PTO Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Eastern Time)
