Neighborhood Sales Representative / Appointment Setter

Armor Exteriors is hiring motivated, outgoing team members to help us grow in local neighborhoods. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk position. We are looking for people who are confident talking to homeowners, creating opportunities, and helping fill our service schedule. Your main role will be introducing homeowners to our exterior maintenance and inspection services, starting conversations, and setting appointments for our team. You will be working in residential neighborhoods and helping generate business for a fast-growing home service company. This is a great fit for someone who likes people, likes performance-based income, and wants to grow with a company that is building something real.

What You'll Do:

Canvass neighborhoods and speak with homeowners Start conversations and create interest in our services Set qualified appointments for inspections and service visits Track leads and follow company scripts/processes Represent Armor Exteriors professionally in the field

Ideal Candidate:

Strong communication skills Comfortable approaching people and starting conversations Self-motivated and dependable Good attitude and coachable mindset Sales, canvassing, roofing, gutter, solar, pest control, or home service experience is a plus, but not required

Requirements:

Reliable transportation Valid driver's license preferred Able to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods Able to represent the company with professionalism and energy

Schedule:

Flexible shifts available Best hours are typically afternoon and early evening
