As we continue to grow in the Inland Empire, we're looking for a motivated and compassionate Outreach Coordinator to join our dedicated team.
What You'll Do:
As the heart of our day-to-day operations, you will: Supervise and support a team of caregivers and home care aides Respond to inquiry calls from prospective clients with professionalism and care Conduct in-home assessments to understand client needs and preferences Use scheduling software to thoughtfully match clients with compatible caregivers Maintain ongoing communication with clients and caregivers to ensure positive, lasting relationships Spend time in the community to market and build referral relationships
What We're Looking For:
Strong communication and phone skills — you're a natural at putting people at ease Detail-oriented and patient, with a calm and organized approach Self-motivated, with the initiative to get things done and the follow-through to see them to completion A confident problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment Prior experience in home care or a related field is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person
Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
