We are a fast-growing, demanding, and creative company looking to expand our outside sales team with experienced flooring professionals. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Outside Flooring Sales Representative with a minimum of 3 years of flooring industry experience (retail, builder, or commercial). This is a field-based, relationship-driven sales role focused on developing new business, managing accounts, and overseeing projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through in-person meetings and networking Respond to proposals and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Manage accounts and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle Conduct job site visits, measurements, and project evaluations Oversee projects from sale through installation to ensure customer satisfaction Coordinate with field service teams and internal staff to ensure smooth project execution Advocate for customer needs while maintaining acceptable company profit margins Qualifications Minimum 3 years of flooring sales experience (REQUIRED) Proven ability to sell and close deals Strong communication and presentation skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently Sales experience required; B2B experience is a plus Willingness to learn new products and trade knowledge Must have reliable transportation for job site visits Compensation & Benefits $100,000+ per year (uncapped earning potential) 15 Days PTO (use at your discretion) Group Health Plan eligibility after 90 days of full-time employment 401(k) + Profit Sharing eligibility after 12 months Supplemental insurance options (life, accident, cancer, short-term disability) Why Join Outlook Flooring?
