OTE:
$42.5K-$60K+ Only applicants with a proven sales track record will be considered. This is not an entry-level role. Who We're Looking For You're a seasoned closer with at least 2+ years of successful outside sales experience in the security industry (5+ preferred). If you've sold security and/or high-value technology services, you understand consultative sales, follow-through, and building lasting client relationships. You're not here to "try sales" — you're here to grow your earnings and make an impact. If this sounds like you, we want to talk. What You'll Do Identify and convert new prospects (self-generated and some company leads). Conduct in-person security consultations at homes and small businesses. Present and demonstrate advanced security products and services. Customize solutions and proposals that address each client's specific needs. Maintain a high standard of ethics, professionalism, and client service. What You Bring Minimum 2 years outside sales experience (required) 5+ years preferred — especially in technology or security systems Strong communication and closing skills Ability to quickly learn and confidently present security technologies Tech-savvy with a professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver's license Reliable Transportation Ability and willingness to work some evening and weekend hours Ability to obtain/maintain a PERC card What We Offer Above-market base + aggressive commission plan
