$60k Base + Uncapped Commission About True Solar True Solar is a locally rooted energy company focused on helping businesses take control of their energy costs through smart, modern solutions. We provide commercial clients with solar, battery storage, power quality correction, and electric bill analysis to identify inefficiencies and reduce operating expenses. Our approach is consultative; we help businesses understand where they are losing money and how to fix it. Overview We are seeking a driven, forward-thinking sales professional to join our team at the forefront of modern energy solutions. You'll be representing emerging technologies that are changing how businesses manage and reduce energy costs. While the space is rapidly evolving, you'll be supported with hands-on training from an experienced team. You will take ownership of your pipeline, generating opportunities through both compan provided leads, and opportunities through your own hunting. What You'll Do Generate your own leads through cold calling, in-person business visits, and networking Set and run appointments with business owners and decision-makers Analyze electric bills and identify cost-saving opportunities Educate prospects on demand charges, inefficiencies, and power quality issues that, when resolved, can provide handsome savings and a quick ROI Present customized solutions including solar, battery storage, and power quality correction Manage your pipeline from prospecting through closing What We're Looking For B2B sales experience or a strong outbound sales mentality Strong communication and closing skills Ability to learn new product offerings Driven by performance and income potential Compensation Base salary plus uncapped commission High earning potential for top performers Realistically should be earning $150k+ Ideal Candidate Thrives in a hunting and closing environment Comfortable making calls and visiting businesses daily Motivated to build a book of business Looking for high-income potential in a growing industryPay:
