Dedicated staff to assist with site supervision, collections, mortgage endorsement, and admin, so you can focus on closing deals. What You'll Do Identify & close new business through self-generated leads, prospecting neighborhoods, and leveraging referral networks. Conduct inspections using company-provided roof inspection safety equipment, drones, and other necessary tools. Guide homeowners through the restoration process with empathy, clarity, and professionalism. Collaborate with a winning team that has your back at every step. In-office product & process training, full tech setup (vehicle, iPhone, drone, iPad), and ride-alongs with top sales pros.
