Who We Are:

Brazos Movers has been serving Texas for over 10 years and has been voted Best Mover the last two years. We are growing aggressively and looking for a true sales hunter to help us increase booked revenue and expand our footprint in the community. This is NOT an inside sales role. This is NOT an hourly position. This is for someone who wants to build territory, create opportunity, and control their income. What This Role Is You will be responsible for generating NEW business through: Cold calling Door knocking Visiting and establishing affiliates Building long-term referral partnerships Attending local networking events and community functions Creating your own pipeline Closing residential and commercial moving jobs Being a Sales Champion! You will receive some organic leads daily that will be an easy close — but this role is built around self-generated revenue through persistence and growth We are looking for someone who can take what we give them and go build on it. Compensation

• Commission Only
• Tiered commission structure (higher % as revenue increases)
• Bonus incentives as booked sales grow
• Mileage reimbursement

What We Expect Proven sales background (commission experience preferred) Comfortable with cold outreach, rejection, and learning our sales patterns Motivated to scale revenue Outgoing, confident personality Strong follow-up and closing ability Ability to attend required sales training or conferences Willing to maintain daily and weekly outreach goals Must learn and execute our sales process Closing must be a priority Moving industry experience is a plus, but not required if you know how to sell.
