We are looking for a motivated, self-driven Outside Sales Representative to help expand our commercial division by building relationships with property managers, HOA communities, apartment complexes, and commercial property owners. This is a sales position, not a cleaning position. Your focus will be generating new business, closing profitable contracts, and coordinating with our production team to ensure a smooth handoff. Responsibilities Develop relationships with HOA and community association managers, commercial property managers, apartment complexes, and facility managers. Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and in-person visits. Identify opportunities for sidewalk, curb, building, roof, and other exterior cleaning services. Conduct property visits, gather job details, prepare proposals, and follow up with decision-makers. Negotiate and close profitable contracts. Develop recurring maintenance agreements and long-term commercial accounts. Maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide weekly updates on leads, proposals, and closed deals. Coordinate with our production manager to ensure jobs are properly scheduled and completed.
